I love deliver toledo! Jay is the best. He ALWAYS goes the extra mile for his customers. I’ve tested out other delivery services and they don’t measure up to the customer service Jay provides every time! Will definitely be sticking to Deliver Toledo for as long as I live in this area!

Hello, I am out in California - I needed this pizza to be delivered to my supervisor today as we celebrated her time with our agency. I requested the pizza be delivered at a specific time - they DID IT. We were on Zoom during her party when her pizza arrived - everyone was so impressed. It was perfect! Thank you so-so much! EDIT: Jay reached out the next day via phone and email and explained the situation. A tech issue out of Deliver Toledo’s control was the reason I did not get my food. He was very apologetic and offered a refund. It didn’t feel right to take a refund, but he also offered account credit, which I did accept. I look forward to my next opportunity to utilize Deliver Toledo’s services. Keeping my initial review up for transparency and context, found below. I used Deliver Toledo on a day that I did not have time to even think about leaving the office for lunch. The ordering process is amazing, and the driver showed up on time and was very nice. Food was hot! I will be using them again over any of the national delivery services hands down!! Great local company!

The Spicy Reuben from Pizza Cat is the absolute best pizza ever, period! The delivery could not be better. So thankful that it’s an opportunity and at a much much much better price.

Had some issues with getting the order to go through but it finally did and the Deliver Toledo staff was super friendly and helpful - sadly the restaurant was out of what I ordered but DT called to replace the item and also explained the problem I was having with the website. A lifesaver for a sickie who’s been couch-ridden for 2 days - thank you!

I’m ordering from Atl, GA for my mother and the experience is better than UberEats! Update: placed order at 12:02pm Order picked up at 12:44pm Was supposed to be delivered by 12:30pm NO FOOD its 12:50pm I hope the food still hot!

Great overall experience. The app was very easy to use and straightforward with numerous different restaurants to choose from. I really like how the delivery is tracked and you can see exactly where your order is At any time. The driver was very friendly and showed up before the estimated delivery time. I will definitely be using Deliver Toledo again!

The Customer Service is amazing! Deliver Toledo is the best delivery service hands down. I recently placed an order, when I got it was wrong. I emailed Deliver Toledo and within 10 minutes everything was corrected and I got to eat my lunch! Please use this local service as much as you can!

These guys were awesome!! Wanted to surprise my wife, as she stays at home with our youngest children and can't go anywhere without prepping our kids for 30 minutes! From the ease of ordering, tracking, applying the promo code to my order after the fact via online chat!?!?! Who does that?? They do. Great job! Jay, the driver, was polite and cheerful. Make sure you check out the amount of time the orders take to to deliver but the estimate was almost dead on, just have to plan ahead!
